Caribbean Imports have partnered with Citymax for website solutions. Citymax has the same information as Caribbean Imports for each of our customers. Citymax uses secured servers to host Caribbean Import's website.

Caribbean Imports collects the e-mail addresses, name, telephone number and other personal information of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Making Internet payments secure for our customers is an important issue to Caribbean Imports. To protect your e-Payment transactions, Caribbean Imports has partnered with Securepay.com and PayPal, both are third-party electronic payment processing services. Securepay.com is Caribbean Imports's merchant account and PayPal is the third-party payment processor.

Pertaining to Caribbean Imports merchant account, Caribbean Imports does temporarily house credit card information for order processing when customers choose to use VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, or AMEX. Once orders are fully processed, credit card information is immediately shredded and disposed of in our commercial shredding devices. Caribbean Imports does not archive or retain personally identifiable information in any fashion. However, for tax purposes and other related legal requirements, Caribbean Imports will maintain copies of order slips to verify dollar amount of orders and customer name and address.

When customers pay using the third-party processor, PayPal, Caribbean Imports does not have access to ANY credit or bank account information on customers. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
